Return and Refund Policy

SHY Hair provides human hair wigs, medical wig samples, custom cap options, color matching, wholesale supply and private label support. Because many products are customized, made to order, quoted individually, or prepared according to buyer specifications, return eligibility must be confirmed before purchase.

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a confirmed quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue.

Returned items, when approved, must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, undyed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging. Lace must not be cut and the wig must remain in resalable condition.

Custom color orders, custom cap size orders, sample development orders, private label orders, and bulk wholesale orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed production or shipment error.

Return shipping costs, return address, refund amount and final refund eligibility will be confirmed by our support team after review.
